To insert an Excel worksheet

Position the cursor at the point where you want to place the worksheet
From the Insert menu, click Object
Select the Create from file option, and then click Browse
Navigate to the folder that contains the worksheet you want to insert
In the list of file and folder names, click the file, and then click [...]
