Recall messages in MS Outlook

  1. In the Sent Items folder, open the message you want to recall.
  2. On the Actions menu, click Recall This Message.
  3. Select whether you want to delete unread copies of the message or delete unread copies and replace them with a new message, and then click OK.

* This method not always works
