Remove Outlook profile for Mac user

For Office for Mac 2016

  1. Open the Applications folder.
  2. Right-click Microsoft Outlook icon, and select Show Package Contents.
  3. Open Contents > SharedSupport, and then launch Outlook Profile Manager.
  4. Select the profile that you want to remove, and click the Delete button at the bottom of the profile list.

For Office for Mac 2011

  1. Open the Microsoft Database Utility. The default location is in /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/.
  2. Click the identity that you want to remove, and click the Delete button at the bottom of the profile list.
